Danny Toe

Danny Toe

Danny set up ICH investment advisory company and has more than 20 years of experience in fund management, direct investments & private equity. Investing & advising many landmark companies including Alibaba, Lining, and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding. ICH investment coverage includes the US, N. Asia & S.E Asia. He co-wrote SMS & multi-media email software and subsequently set up MyWeb, an internet browsing TV software company, listed in AMEX in 1999. He co-founded WizOffice Singapore, which was listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST in 2001, and has been an active angel investor and mentor to both NTU Ventures and PayPal Incubator Singapore. Danny holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (First Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore.

Archan has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, especially in private banking and securities dealing. Prior to ICHAM, he was Executive Director at UCAP Asia Pte Ltd and Gonet Asia Pte Ltd, both are independent investment and financial advisory firms in Singapore. He held the position of Senior Client Relationship Manager in EFG Bank Singapore, and has garnered his extensive experience in various financial institutions in Thailand including Bangkok Bank, Dresdner Bank and ITF Finance & Securities.

Viraj (Eddy) Somboon

Eddy has more than 35 years of experience in asset management and private banking. Before ICHAM, Eddy was the CEO of UCAP Asia Pte Ltd for almost a decade and was a Managing Director at EFG Bank Singapore for 7 years. He has worked in various financial institutions in Asia such as RBS Coutts Bank, (Singapore), One Asset Management (Thailand) and Focal Enterprise (Hong Kong).

Ng Koon Yu

Koon Yu first joined ICH in 2015 as an associate, conducting research on global investments and strategy across fixed income, equities and commodities. He subsequently grew to manage an investment portfolio for ICH before transitioning to ICHAM as an analyst, assisting in the construction of client portfolios and is now an active fund manager for ICHAM. Koon Yu was nominated to join the board in 2021 and is currently the youngest serving director.

Chong Sau Kheng

Possess more than 13 years of experience in fund management and investment advisory, and corporate advisory services. Specialises in advising and customizing, setting up and operate various Funds be it the conventional and/or digital closed-ended private equity funds (e.g. ICH Gemini Asia Growth Fund, Unicorn Opportunity Fund etc) or open hedge funds (e.g. Eternal Glade investment trading fund etc). Also conducts investment due diligence on portfolios investee companies etc. Prior to joining ICH group, she worked in KPMG Tax Services .
